The primary focus of this site
has changed over the years. Originally, this site was intended for an audience
that dealt with various technical issues from Ham Radio to General Electronics.
Now, this site is becoming more focused towards Photo Journalism, Leisure and
Travel.
The technical portion will remain
as a resource here but, as the computer industry and all other forms of electronics
evolve, computer use is quickly becoming a consumer based commodity, similar to
purchasing a home video game. The technology is changing so rapidly
that it is much easier and cheaper to purchase something new, ready to run, other
than re-build or fix your own. Computers still need to be maintained. It is no
different than changing the oil in your car.
Computer Maintenance will still
remain on this site but, some of the information on my QwikTips is now obsolete
due to the technology advancements. For those who still need that information, Click
